• Implement new CellType based on the HDCF18650-1800mAh-3.2V cylindrical Li-ion cell
• Implement OCV and Vhys LUTs from 124_02_pOCV_C100_LFP_Haidi_YF047 measurement
• Vhys LUT truncated at both ends (+-5% SOC), due to numerical inaccuracies
• Implement Rint LUT from 1C and C/5 branches of 105_03_GITT_LFP_Haidi_YF011, 106_03_GITT_LFP_Haidi_YF015 and 107_03_GITT_LFP_Haidi_YF022 measurements

WIP:

• self_discharge_rate, coulomb_efficiency, specific_heat, convection_coefficient missing
• min and max_temperature are dependent on whether the cell is charging or discharging
• general cleanup and consistency in naming
