This PR includes multiple hotfixes and improvements related to the onboarding workflow, kanban management, security enhancements, documentation, and mentor task visualization.
Changes Implemented :
Implemented drag-and-drop functionality based on project priority.
Improved task movement handling and ordering logic.
Branch Naming Convention Workflow
Added a separate GitHub workflow to validate and display branch naming conventions.
Improved visibility for invalid branch names during CI checks.
Bulk Invitation Redesign
Redesigned the bulk invitation flow for better Excel sheet mapping.
Improved column handling and validation for uploaded data.
Implemented IP-based rate limiting for onboarding requests.
Restricted requests to:
5 requests within 15 minutes
Added protection against spam and excessive onboarding attempts.
Documentation
Added MkDocs configuration and documentation setup in the root folder.
Included initial user manual structure and implementation guide.
Mentee Profile Heat Map
Implemented mentor-approved task heat map visualization in mentee profiles.
Added tracking and display improvements for mentor-approved activities.
Refactored related onboarding components for maintainability.
Improved workflow structure and project organization.
