When uploading an image through the SelectImageModal, an extra dot prevents file browsers from presenting any image files in the upload dialog:

I believe this can be fixed by removing the dot before ${ext} in accept: IMAGE_EXTENSIONS.map((ext) => `.${ext}`).join(","), (see SelectImageModal.tsx at line 253)
