The September 21 section already existed (opened by #2186 on 2026-09-24), so this adds the user-facing work that landed after it rather than prepending a duplicate heading for the same week. Weekly changelog from the unattended Weekly Review routine.
Two sections, not one. The last changelog entry (#2100, week of September 7) merged 2026-09-12 and nothing has been written since, so the week of September 14 was never covered. Restricting this to the last 7 days would have silently dropped it. This adds both weeks; nothing merged before #2100 is included.
