Upgrade Joi #11

Package joi has been deprecated in favor of @hapi/joi.

I don't think backward compatibility would be broken in node-serverless-helpers by upgrading.
Indeed, @hapi/joi can deal with legacy joi schema. Thus, no need to release a new major :)
