Hi, I’m a MSc student and research intern working on a spatial proteomics analysis pipeline, and I would like to know if your tool can be used or reasonably adapted for spatial proteomics data (protein intensities per cell/ROI with spatial coordinates), or if it is meant only for classical fractionation-based organelle profiling.
