Bug: Book progress bar not shown

I have the book progress bar set to show at the bottom, with 3px, and saved in the preset. When I go back into the book later the bar is not shown. I have to go into the settings and disable and reenable the bar to show it again.

Changing other items in the Status settings will also bring back the progress bar.

Fixed. Two optional progress bars are applied correctly when you open book.

Included in latest :dev docker build.

Can you please test and confirm? If there is nothing else I will push new :latest version over weekend.

Tested. The progress bars now always show if they are enabled.
