FR: Use more space in the top statusbar when available.

I have my top status bar set to just show the book title and chapter title, but on my phone it's getting truncated before it needs to be. It would be nice to use more space there if nothing else needs it.

Fixed. If you have no top/bottom left or right items the center items will stretch in full status bar width.

Included in latest :dev docker build.
