Some Issues in version 9

New Writing Tools update has several issues, for example:

→ “Please select text to use this option”

→ Non-English keyboard layout issue (I already identified the cause and found a fix)

—— Instead of:
——————→ kbrd.press('v')
————————→ kbrd.press(pykeyboard.KeyCode.from_vk(0x56))

——————→ kbrd.press('c')
————————→ kbrd.press(pykeyboard.KeyCode.from_vk(0x43))

→ The update message also does not disappear even when using the latest version.

Bro, please fix this problem. I used to use the writing tools daily, but I haven't been able to use them for the past three weeks. I've tried my best to solve the problem, but nothing works.

A shame really this was a really good software. Hope that this could get fixed soon as I could not find any good alternatives.

Gonna do a significant rewrite when i get time to really polish Writing Tools. Sorry i don't have time right now.

It's inspired by WritingTools but from the ground up and it goes way and beyond, I made it originally for myself, but I polished and expanded it so others can use. It's also extensively customizable too.
Nothing against the original dev, I love this app, been following it for over a year, but I think that there haven't been many updates especially for Windows, and since I use it daily, I keep running into issues as well.

I idenitified the issue. You need to go back to default keyboard shortcut.
