The MudPdfViewer toolbar doesn't scale correctly when viewed in a small enough screen, most mobiles are affected. The viewport width gets expanded beyond the device max, making scrolling necessary to reach all of the toolbar icons
You can see it in the official documentation page. The non-mud version also seems to be affected, but it's a mixed bag; in the encrypted PDFs page, the problem isn't present, while in the colors page, it's there. I tried playing with css styling, with no success
