Halftone redirects to Wiki page #101

As mentioned in the GNOME Circle application thread, Halftone currently links the user to a wiki page in the browser for more information. This brings issues such as it not being easily translatable and not working offline.

The thread suggests creating a dialog with the same information, but after reviewing what the page actually contains, I don’t think that’s necessary. The only thing that isn’t obvious from the UI is the “Convert To” explanation. For that, I would suggest using a popover next to the option with the information.
