    Root Cause Analysis

The issue occurs because Xcode Cloud doesn't have the generated workspace and dependency projects when it tries to build.

    The Problem

    1. TENEX.xcworkspace exists in the repo but references dependency projects in Tuist/.build/tuist-derived/
    2. These dependency projects are gitignored and generated by Tuist
    3. Xcode Cloud clones the repo but can't build because dependencies are missing

    The Solution

I've added a ci_post_clone.sh script that Xcode Cloud will automatically run after cloning the repository. This script:

    • ✅ Installs Homebrew (if needed)
    • ✅ Installs Tuist
    • ✅ Runs tuist install to fetch dependencies
    • ✅ Runs tuist generate to create all necessary project files

    Files Changed

    1. ci_scripts/ci_post_clone.sh - New Xcode Cloud build script
    2. README.md - Updated to reference workspace (not project) and document Xcode Cloud setup
    3. CONTRIBUTING.md - Updated setup instructions to use workspace

    Testing on Xcode Cloud

Once you push these changes, Xcode Cloud should automatically:

    1. Clone the repository
    2. Run ci_scripts/ci_post_clone.sh
    3. Build successfully with all dependencies in place

No additional Xcode Cloud configuration is required - it automatically detects and runs scripts in the ci_scripts/ directory.
