Add WCI validation status types to generated Go API

What changed?
Added generated Go types for WorkerDeploymentVersionValidationStatus and WorkerDeploymentValidationSummary, and updated the generated worker deployment version summary and list response types to include the new validation status fields.

Why?
Generated counterpart to the proto changes in the API repo.

How did you test it?
Deployed to a test cell and verified that ListWorkerDeployments and DescribeWorkerDeployment return the new fields correctly after triggering a connectivity check via the "Validate Connection" button in the UI.

Potential risks
Low; no existing fields are modified or removed.
