Fork builds can set the Android package and app name through repository variables, sign with a release keystore and add Firebase config from secrets, and always use the ember icon background. Unset values keep upstream's preview variant. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The fork's APK installs as upstream's preview app (
com.t3tools.t3code.preview), is signed with the React Native template's public debug keystore, and has no Firebase config. That means it can't have its own Firebase project for push notifications, and anyone with the public debug key can build an APK that installs as an update over it.This lets the fork ship its own app:
apps/mobile/app.config.tsreads optionalT3CODE_APP_NAME,T3CODE_ANDROID_PACKAGEandT3CODE_ANDROID_ICON_BACKGROUNDoverrides. Unset values keep the variant's. An invalid package name fails the config. The
fork-release.ymlAndroid job:T3CODE_ANDROID_PACKAGEandT3CODE_APP_NAME;ANDROID_KEYSTORE_BASE64,ANDROID_KEYSTORE_PASSWORDandANDROID_KEY_ALIASare set (AGPandroid.injected.signing.*, which overrides the template's debug signing config for release);ANDROID_GOOGLE_SERVICES_JSONto Expo when set, ready for push notifications in a later PR.With none of these set, the build matches today's apart from the icon.

The mobile typecheck, format, lint and knip pass. Evaluating the config with the overrides gives the expected name, package and icon. The signed APK build itself is first exercised by this PR's CI run.
