Summary

• Replace the artifact page's repository dropdown with package and group search plus format and repository facets.
• Obtain facet values from TeaQL's Component → ContentRepository Facet query through /service/rest/v1/search/facets.
• Keep result pagination, newest-version ordering, and copyable install snippets; document the flow and integration check in README.
