Refs #209 and teaql/teaql-conformance#109. Retain environment startup guidance, full safe recording, exact SQL completion identity, owned SDK lifecycle and independent audit. Local and clean internal consumer evidence: teaql-conformance/evidence/2026-10-13-standard-telemetry-onboarding/report.md. Regenerate libraries to retire the separate page terminal. Refs #209. TFP root TempRequest now binds the invoking metadata just like nested JSON requests, preserving existing context-isolation assertions with no global factory. Install ripgrep required by the canonical example gate. Signed-off-by: Philip Z <hello@teaql.io>

Implement the accepted optional standard OpenTelemetry module and request-tree diagnostics. Trusted environment activation, full safe recording, expanded masked SQL, exact completion identity, bounded owned SDK lifecycle and independent audit remain mandatory. Retire the separate page terminal and retain typed generated examples.
Evidence: teaql-conformance/evidence/2026-10-13-standard-telemetry-onboarding/report.md (seven local and clean internal candidates, actual backend readback, 17 workspace targets, 14 Assist responses, six producer tests and 59 verifier cases).
Release boundary: final metadata/CI verification is separate from previous candidates. No signed tag or public package completion is claimed by this PR. Generator version adoption follows final artifact verification.
