Refs #184 and teaql/teaql-conformance#58. Default-safe SQL/audit projections before custom and async file sinks; explicit plaintext gate; credential protection; SQLite CRUD/stale-failure canaries. Full reactor tests passed; final legacy portable logger bypass fixed and focused regression passed. Local examples passed before version bump; candidate replay follows. Signed release tag and clean published consumer remain required.
