Scope
Release the task-oriented root help merged by #6 as cargo-teaql 2.0.14.
Acceptance
- package and lockfile versions are 2.0.14
- formatting, clippy, tests, and cargo audit pass
- package dry-run succeeds
- crates.io contains cargo-teaql 2.0.14
- the installed binary reports 2.0.14 and retains the improved help output
