fix: check links only in files git would commit - #3

validate.sh walked the whole tree, so a note under an ignored directory (docs/private/) failed the check and blocked tools/intake.sh. List the Markdown files with git ls-files -co --exclude-standard instead: tracked and new files are still checked, ignored ones are not. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

tools/validate.shwalked the whole tree withos.walk, so a Markdown note under an ignored directory (docs/private/, where e-mailed contributions are kept) failed the link check and madetools/intake.shabort.It now lists files with
