radostrace can't trace rbd bench workload for upstream 19.2.3 cephadm deployed cluster

1. It is able to trace rbd bench on upstream 20.2.1, however, failed on 19.2.3.
2. Confirmed rados bench on 19.2.3 can be traced by radostrace

The root cause is that centos-stream el9 has _sent_op function fully inlined as a result of LTO optimization.
The way to fix it is to walking-DW_TAG_inlined_subroutine, which requires a complex change.

Ubuntu doesn't do that, so ubuntu works just fine.
Let's treat it as an limitation since it's no longer a problem since tentacle.
