Add searchable Talos FAQ and contributor entry points

Summary

• Add a static, accessible /faq/ with 17 practical answers about installation, models, cost, Raspberry Pi, Telegram, task-scoped approvals, privacy and contributing.
• Connect the FAQ from home/docs navigation, README, sitemap and llms.txt; preserve the Marble Hall design and motion.
• Improve README use-case and contributor entry points; correct the introductory installer command to Bash.
• Add dependency-free CI checks for FAQ metadata, canonical URL, structured breadcrumbs, local links/fragments and discovery paths.

No ranking promises, competitor superiority claims, tracking, fake reviews or stars, new runtime endpoints, provider changes or permission changes. GitHub About/topics were already relevant and are retained.

Verification

• Site-claims suite: 11 passed / 1 expected public-checkout skip, twice.
• Complete suite: 3217 passed / 2 expected skips.
• Discovery/link checker repeatedly passed; compilation and diff whitespace checks passed.
• Mobile Lighthouse after contrast correction: SEO 100, accessibility 100, best practices 100 (not a ranking guarantee).
• Desktop 1440px and mobile 390px visual checks; native FAQ keyboard toggle, mobile menu, Escape focus restoration, no horizontal overflow, no console errors; local page resources HTTP 200.
• Public hygiene and new-diff/site Gitleaks: clean. Full-history scan: exactly the same ten historical findings as the established baseline; not represented as a clean history.
• OSV: no findings across all five pinned dependency files; no dependency changes.

Website publication uses a separate backed-up, five-file allowlist. No application release or production-agent update.
