Stacked on PR #17 so this README-only Change Set remains inside its declared scope.\n\nUpdates the public entry point with:\n- a concise product boundary and verified prototype status\n- shipped capabilities versus current review/release gates\n- a runnable local/native workflow\n- opt-in ACP runtime configuration and the callback-vs-OS-sandbox warning\n- the incremental Frog-to-WeftMark migration path and explicit no-auto-sync boundary\n\nEvidence:\n- python scripts/check_assurance_docs.py (7 facts, 3 claims valid)\n- branch diff from its stack base changes README.md only\n\nThis PR should be rebased/retargeted to main after #17 lands.
