Fix inaccurate component blurbs: pilot is the planning/decision loop (memory is a separate service, not part of pilot); keystone is *user* identity (not body); vitals monitors robot power/health (not software liveness); align executor / sentinel / soma / atlas wording with the component reality.

ghfor GitHub-public emails.atlasis attributed to the lead (core) since the dev doc names no owner — adjust if a dedicated owner is preferred.
