The address state badge can widen the page when a pasted URL contains a long fragment or query value. Live verification of PR #4 reproduced 324px document width on a 320px viewport for
https://other.example/#user@github.com. A longer query also reproduces overflow on phone and desktop widths.Allow badge text to wrap at any character without hiding, truncating or changing the pasted value. Add independent browser controls at 320, 390 and 1280px that preserve the full badge text, verify the URL-authority verdict and check document geometry. Document the bounded parser and wrapping behavior. The hostname repair from PR #4, certificate logic, dependencies and workflows remain intact.
Validation on commit 0a5f2ae:

This verifies the offline teaching UI; it does not claim a live TLS handshake, browser trust-store validation or complete RFC5280 coverage.
