X.509 2 makes Reflect metadata initialization an application responsibility. The unmodified update crashed the real parser and standalone certificate minter in cold processes. This repair declares reflect-metadata directly and initializes both entry points before loading the SDK. Fresh-process tests verify the pinned certificate fingerprint and independently verify all four newly minted certificate signatures in isolated scratch.
Validation on ed40f30: 70 unit/KAT tests, 63 production claims/coverage tests, desktop/390px/320px accessibility gates, 20 actual mutation kills, clean lockfile installation, production build, and the current-head Node 22 GitHub build gate all pass. Existing tracked certificate fixtures, algorithms, claims, workflows and tests remain intact.
