Summary

Add agentrelay export-thread <id> --out <path> using the existing participant-authorized thread fetch. Export deterministic Markdown containing typed thread data, ordered messages, lifecycle/resolution fields, and preserved provenance; store it with exclusive mode-0600 creation, refuse existing paths, and sanitize fetch/write failures. Include focused regressions, usage documentation, and run memory; no additional product issue has been implemented.

Scope

No Relay mutations, new audit claims, dependencies, migrations, runtime expansion, workflow edits, or release changes. Archives deliberately retain authored content and are not secret-redacted. #40 is implemented on this branch, not yet merged into main. #165 awaits selection among #111, #10, and #103; the recommendation is not approval. Run-memory paths require the owner's review on GitHub under the repository's merge policy.
