Documents the eight core configs added in core 12.4.0 (supertokens/supertokens-core#1498). They are all self-hosting options:

• New page: Platform configuration › SuperTokens Core › Serve health checks on an admin port (admin-port.mdx). • Self-host SuperTokens: the /hello tip points to /livez on the admin port.

Defaults, environment variable names, limits and route scopes are taken from core's CoreConfig / config.yaml at the 12.4 release head.

Housekeeping for the new page: regenerated scripts/blume/route-manifest.json (npm run routes:manifest; CI checks it) and bumped the locked page count in legacy-redirect-matrix.test.ts from 429 to 430.

• npm run typecheck (blume check): 0 errors, 0 warnings.
• prettier --check on the changed files: clean.
• vitest run: 297/302. The same 5 tests fail on unmodified master in my environment (Node 20.19, while the repo asks for 22.12): paid-feature-callout (2), content-invariants › keeps CodeGroup options code-only, code-blocks/format and code-blocks/lint import side effects. None involves these pages.
• Vale: not run locally (not installed). CI's lint job runs it.
