Integration testing

quantum is going to need a slew of integration tests to ensure proper functionality.

These should include:

• Testing the different backends
  • Test watches
  • Test tls
  • Test auth
• Testing sending packets between multiple nodes
  • These should include trying to send packets between networks
  • These should also include benchmarking performance
