Logical transplant of upstream ACP npx lock + cli-version verify pins (iOfficeAI#963–iOfficeAI#967 lineage) without brand rewrites. WorkMate user-facing version-drift copy stays WorkMate. Lock: codebuddy 2.143.1, dimcode 0.3.28, dirac 0.5.5, glm 1.8.0, grok 1.0.18, kilo 7.5.9. Verified floors: codex 0.151.0, agy 1.1.25.
