docs: add missing modules to the /modules catalogue - #48

Conversation
Libertas and Attack Anything optimizers, and the OpenClaw target, are published on PyPI but were never added to docs/_data/modules.yml. Also add MalTool, a security claim living in its own repo (RoldSI/MalTool, not yet merged/published) rather than as a superred-modules subfolder; modules.html's guide-link logic now accepts a full URL in `repo` for modules that live outside superred-modules.
