Resolve minimatch, glob and the Hono Node adapter to fixed versions and remove their vulnerable transitive copies.
Update Nx to 24.0.4 and apply a tracked Yarn patch replacing removed minimatch makeRe calls while preserving matching and invalid-pattern errors. Include patch inputs in both core and database Docker installs.
Add CI regression coverage for Nx consumers and coverage file discovery.
Testing
Immutable installation and deduplication, ESLint, type checking, formatting, Jest discovery and focused HTTP tests, dependency compatibility tests, and packaged plugin contracts with coverage pass on macOS/Node 26. CI validates Node 24 and both Docker images.
The dependency audit reports only GHSA-gcqx-w48m-w2h4 for deepmerge. Its CVE-2026-93753 record is officially rejected; the repository alert is dismissed as inaccurate. No audit exclusions are introduced.
Resolve minimatch 11.0.4, glob 14.0.3 and the Hono Node adapter 2.1.6. Update Nx to 24.0.4 and patch its removed regex-generation calls to use cached Minimatch instances. Add CI regression coverage for project globs, virtual files and release branch selection.

The root dependency resolutions change for Hono, minimatch, and glob. Nx now uses a Yarn patch reference. New Node.js tests check Nx compatibility behavior, and the CI quality-checks job runs those tests.
