Rename the project to AUTOBLINK - #35

The project name changes from xdj-clock and xdj-midi to AUTOBLINK. The page title, the logs and the docs use AUTOBLINK. The identifiers use autoblink. The name XDJ stays where it names the Pioneer hardware. The crates change to autoblink-host, autoblink-esp32, autoblink-esp32-emulator and autoblink-core-midi, -prolink and -dbserver. The binary changes to autoblink. These names change on the network and on the computer: - The WiFi network of the box is autoblink-XXXX. The default password is autoblink123. A password that you set in the settings stays. - The page of the box is at http://autoblink.local. - The players show the virtual CDJ as autoblink. - The MIDI output port is autoblink. Set the port again in the DAW. - The systemd unit is autoblink.service in /opt/autoblink. - The macOS app bundle is com.strikeout.autoblink. macOS asks for the local network permission again. The OTA image is autoblink-esp32-ota.bin. Firmware 1.22.0 and older downloads xdj-clock-esp32-ota.bin. The release workflow uploads the image under the two names, so that a box in the field can update.
