Summary

• The quick access buttons in the title bar now come from a persisted list (UiState.qat). The defaults match today's buttons: Home, Save, Undo, Redo, Start from Beginning
• Customize menu (chevron after the buttons): checkboxes for PowerPoint's common commands (New, Open, Save, Print, Undo, Redo, Start from Beginning, Find, Spelling, Export…), your added commands, and Reset to Defaults
• Right-click any ribbon button that uses the shared big / small helpers to add it (or remove it); right-click a toolbar button to remove it
• New UI command app.qat {add|remove|reset} for scripts and agents; unknown command ids are rejected
• Docs: ui-parity QAT customization row marked done; parity checklist P → D (cargo xtask parity)
• Note: Title bar: Export button next to Save #246 and UI: add Save As to the title bar #497 add title bar buttons and will need a small rebase onto the list (or can become QAT defaults)

Test plan

• ui-egui test: default list, add (no duplicates, with params and labels), unknown id rejected, remove, reset, survives a UiState save and load, older settings get the defaults
• cargo xtask ci
