This an Express server app, it is built using gulp into a folder called deceiver-site.
To build and run this you will need node installed. http://nodejs.org/
First clone the repo, then run npm install in the the-deceiver directory.
Next you will need to build the server, to do this run gulp build. It will create a folder called deceiver-site.
Then run ./deceiver-site/bin/www in order to start the server. It will run by default on port 3000.
To change this modify the www file.
