feat(bolt-expo): Expo SDK 57 (BOC-2418)

Bumps the bolt-expo template from Expo SDK 54 to SDK 57, so the Device Preview QR code works with current Expo Go.

• Upgrade done with npx expo install expo@^57.0.0 --fix.
• Adds react-native-worklets, a required peer of react-native-reanimated 4.5.
• Removes newArchEnabled from app.json (not in the SDK 57 schema).
• Removes @react-navigation/native and @react-navigation/bottom-tabs. From SDK 56, Expo Router no longer builds on React Navigation, and app code must import from expo-router/react-navigation etc. The template does not use them. After removal: expo-doctor 21/21, tsc --noEmit clean, npm run build:web bundles.
• expo-doctor passed 21/21 and the manifest reports sdkVersion 57.0.0 (per the Cursor agent). Not yet scanned on a real phone.

Follow-up: Bolt PR to bump the pinned commit in templates.json and set currentSdkVersion in device-preview.ts to ^57.0.0.
