chore: Fix typos

I stumbled over one typo and then ran the typos tool that Sascha suggested.

Look closely at tests/templates/kuttl/iceberg-rest/22-keycloak-realm-cm.yaml.j2 please. I have no idea if this is a good change or not and I can also revert this bit if needed.
