This PR improves the README through some minor copyediting corrections, including grammar, typos, capitalization, punctuation, wording, and formatting consistency.

It also adds a brief note explaining the different breakpoint position users may observe with Python 3.13 and later (along with the additional debugging step recommended), and briefly improves the explanation of the s(tep) command (to better differentiate it from the n(ext) command in the overview list of commands used for quick reference).
