Summary

• Render ordered Preview hunks through the shared staging evaluator; preserve lazy physical text sources through renames.
• Persist effective main and related diagnostic reports/current result IDs across CLI calls while retaining exact raw evidence and bounded cache accounting.
• Match recursive directory globs only at component boundaries for Document selectors and file-operation filters.
• Complete Plans 012–014 with 16 named regressions and recorded red/green evidence.

Verification

• All 155 tests pass, including exact regression discovery counts of 6 Preview, 2 diagnostic cache, 5 diagnostic lifecycle, and 3 glob tests.
• Related diagnostic CLI regressions passed three repeated runs (15/15).
• Clippy with warnings denied, formatting, schema, stored-state compatibility, and whitespace checks pass.
• Independent coordinator review found no blocking findings.
• Verified locally on Linux; native Windows/macOS and Rust 1.89 verification remains for CI.
• No dependencies, public schemas, or stored-state formats changed.
