Spice no longer needs the Codex gateway changes. They also changed how a Responses reply serializes: output_text omitted annotations (and logprobs when null), which is not the shape the OpenAI API returns.

Reverts, newest first:

  • 64350e3 expose backend response headers for the Codex gateway
  • 5829900 scrub local identifiers from Codex sweep fixtures
  • 8e77a5a accept and preserve Codex multi-turn input items
  • 0f88b6b preserve Codex client metadata
  • 60a339a support Codex additional tools

Kept: f63bb21 (single Content-Type), which is not Codex-specific.

Tests: responses_input_item_serde, responses_output_to_input, responses_ser_de and ser_de pass.

…k patches

The bumped async-openai fails to open a stream on a non-2xx status instead of
delivering the error as the first item, which skipped the Anthropic error
explanations. Deliver an ApiError at open as the stream's only item.

Pin the async-openai fork without its Codex gateway patches
(spiceai/async-openai#45). They made Responses replies omit
output_text annotations. Remove the round-trip test and fork-patch rows
that covered them.
