- Fix host styling in panel.js (display: block, position: absolute, 100% height) to prevent fallback to 150px - Modernize index.html with 100vh flexbox container, compact KPI ribbon, and sticky controls toolbar - Overhaul style.css with MD3 design tokens mapped to HA variables, isolated table scrolling, and sticky group headers - Enhance app.js with live search counter, group badges, flat grouping mode, and click-to-copy entity IDs - Bump version to 1.9.0 for asset cache-busting

Fixes the 150px iframe height cutoff bug and reworks the Google Assistant Entity Console into a modern, responsive full-height data grid.
