Cannot create `CollectionObjectGroupJoin` records via the forms

Describe the bug
I can't create CollectionObjectGroupJoin records via the forms. It doesn't trigger the save button and the records are lost.

I can confirm that the collectionobjectgroupjoin table is empty despite repeated attempts to create this record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the database geo_swiss_2024_08_05
2. Create a new Collection Object Group (/specify/view/collectionobjectgroup/new/)
3. Try to create a COJO record via the subview
4. See it is not saved

Expected behavior
I should be able to create a COJO record.

Even after selecting a specific CO or COG, I can't create the record.

Is this still an Issue?

It should have been fixed as of #6018 and #6072 (and might be currently related to #6139 which was introduced in #6073)
