Page needs refreshing after installing screenshare extension

We can make it work without this requirement. If this doesn't get prioritised we should inject a message telling them to reload the page at the very least

This can be done, but it will mean a refactoring of the screenshare extension and I'm not sure if it'll work with the opentok lib yet - further investigation needed
