Adds go 1.27.3 and 1.26.10 (released 2026-10-19). The Go release notes list security fixes to crypto/x509, and the Go team's announcement on oss-security describes these releases as "for CA certificate removal", related to the compromised eMudhra intermediate certificates.
Related: #7201 (v2026.10.1 backports), #7185 (ca-certificates-mozilla).
Older versions are not deprecated here, since there is no scored CVE yet; happy to add that if the maintainers prefer.
