Offer IOTA in the new connection source picker - #280

Conversation
IOTA rides on DX Cluster, so the picker left it out and island spots needed a DX Cluster connection with a hand-added island rule. The picker now lists IOTA; picking it (or the IOTA catalog page's Create connection) starts a DX Cluster connection with an Any island rule, beside any callsign, group or reference the editor starts with. Why
The New connection picker had no Islands on the Air entry. IOTA rides on DX Cluster (a tag on its spots, never a source), so it was kept out of
LIVE_SOURCES. To get island spots, you had to pick DX Cluster and add an IOTA island rule by hand. What
LIVE_SOURCESno longer leaves out carried sources. The picker andpickableSourcewere its only users.island isall seven continents (Any island).blankSubputs that rule beside any callsign, group or reference the editor starts with, in the same And group. The saved connection issources: ["dxcluster"], so the database still never sees aniotasource./sources/iotanow goes to?source=iota, so it also starts with the island rule filled in. Before, it opened a plain DX Cluster connection.Web only: no SQL, Edge Function, relay or sender changes.
Tests
model.test.ts:blankSub("iota")alone and with a callsign or group;pickableSource("iota").SubscriptionEditorPage.test.tsx:?source=iotashows DX Cluster and previews and saves the island rule, with and without a callsign.SubscriptionsPage.test.tsx: the picker offers IOTA.SourceDetailPage.test.tsx: the IOTA page's Create connection link goes to?source=iota.npm run lint, npm run buildandnpm run coverageall pass (1,266 tests, 98.7% lines).
