Remove the app bar search; drop the flow diagram's stray scroll bar - #279

The app bar's callsign search (and its phone icon) goes; Callsign lookup stays in the nav. The flow diagram's link SVGs are now block-level: inline, their baseline gap overflowed the fixed-height row and the diagram's horizontal scroller showed a vertical scroll bar.
