Improved build compatibility with MSYS2 UCRT - #911
This pull request improves the build compatibility with GCC on Windows in the MSYS2 UCRT environment. By rewriting each CMake compiler check, we are able to perform the same workarounds applied for MSVC to MinGW GCC instead. As a result, the CMake build completes normally with no workarounds.
Basic manual functionality checks show that the SoftHSM DLL works as expected with pkcs11-provider on OpenSSL.
$ openssl storeutl -keys "pkcs11:"

Summary by CodeRabbit
Build Support
Windows builds now select platform-specific components and libraries based on the operating system, including when using non-MSVC compilers.
Windows test builds now apply the static-library setting through a compiler definition.
Non-Windows builds continue to use their existing platform-specific configuration, while Windows-specific settings are no longer selected solely because of the compiler in use. This provides more consistent platform configuration across supported build environments.
CMake now uses WIN32 to select Windows-specific build inputs across executable, library, and test configurations. The Botan warning suppressions now apply only when Botan is enabled and the compiler is MSVC.
Changes: Windows Build Configuration
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Select Windows inputs for executables src/bin/keyconv/CMakeLists.txt, src/bin/migrate/CMakeLists.txt, src/bin/util/CMakeLists.txt
These configurations use WIN32 to select Windows include directories, getopt.cpp, and, for keyconv, Windows libraries.
Select Windows inputs for libraries src/lib/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/common/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/crypto/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/data_mgr/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/handle_mgr/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/object_store/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/session_mgr/CMakeLists.txt, src/lib/slot_mgr/CMakeLists.txt
These configurations use WIN32 to select Windows-specific sources, include directories, and libraries. Botan warning suppressions now require both WITH_BOTAN and the MSVC compiler.
Select Windows test inputs src/lib/test/CMakeLists.txt
The test configuration selects Windows test sources when WIN32 is true and sets CRYPTOKI_STATIC as a target compile definition.
The intended MSYS2 UCRT build remains blocked for keyconv and softhsm2; correct both library-name configurations before merging.

src/lib/crypto/CMakeLists.txt appends /wd4250;/wd4251;/wd4275;/wd4127;/wd4273 whenever WITH_BOTAN is set, with no compiler check. These are MSVC warning-control flags. GCC and MinGW do not recognize them, so the Botan warnings they target stay unmuted. The rest of the file already limits MSVC-only options with CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_ID STREQUAL "MSVC". Apply the same check here.

Guard the Botan warning-suppression options in the WITH_BOTAN block with a
CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_ID check for MSVC, matching the existing compiler-specific
checks in this CMake configuration. Keep the options unchanged and apply them
only when MSVC is the compiler.

Use MinGW-compatible library names in the softhsm2 link configuration.
On the WIN32 path, STATIC_FILES passes Ws2_32.lib and Crypt32.lib to the softhsm2 shared-library link. MinGW GCC searches for libws2_32.a and libcrypt32.a, so this target cannot link in MSYS2 UCRT.
