Package FirefoxDump for Sliver Armory with Reflektor

Summary

• add the Sliver Armory extension manifest with bof_executor set to reflektor
• build deterministic Windows amd64 and 386 COFF packages
• execute both objects through Reflektor v0.0.7 on Windows CI
• add protected tag-only Minisign release automation and public asset verification
• replace the inherited GPL-2 support layer with a minimal GPL-3-only BOF API boundary
• harden argument, JSON, NSS, path, allocation, and output handling

Compatibility

Requires Sliver client, server, and implant builds at b19e383111dbf8b04096806b249f6238274edff4 or later. This package intentionally has no coff-loader fallback.

• strict MinGW x64 and x86 builds with warnings as errors and GCC analyzer
• deterministic archive reproduction
