Summary

Add a reusable Sliver BOF E2E workflow pinned to sliver-test-bof commit b38a09a226bf861a1e56e9dbe07838fe99138582.
Build Winver x86 and x64 objects before planning.
Exercise Winver through Sliver session and beacon implants on Windows x86 and x64.

Local validation

Built both Winver COFF objects with MinGW cross compilers.
bash -n scripts/prepare-sliver-bof-e2e.sh.
Ruby YAML parsing of the workflow and manifest.
git diff --check.

GitHub-hosted Sliver BOF E2E will validate the exact PR commit.
