Value and unit shall be separated by a non-breaking space (e.g. "\N{MEDIUM MATHEMATICAL SPACE}"), see ISO 80000-1.
ISO 80000-1 also recommend the use of comma as decimal separator.

e.g.: "12,3 kV", not "12.3kV"
