Adds a short deed.page section to
docs/guide/hosting.md, next to the other hosting providers (after Zephyr Cloud, before Docker).deed.page is static hosting with no account. The section shows how to pack the built
distfolder and upload it with onecurl -T. It uses theX-Spa: 1header soindex.htmlis served for unknown paths, which keeps deep links like/2and/presenter/1working, the same reason the Netlify and Vercel sections add redirects/rewrites. The response returns a livehttps://<slug>.deed.page/URL and a token for later updates.Tested against a fresh
slidev build(CLI 53.0.0): the index,/2,/presenter/1,/overviewand the JS assets all returned 200, and the deck rendered on a deep link. ESLint (the repo config's markdown formatter) passes on the file.This PR comes from the deed.page team (disclosure: I work on deed.page, Avatar 8 LLC). Happy to adjust wording or placement.
